About Pact

Pact started with a simple passion: good, well-made things.

I spent years working in advertising, learning what makes people love the big brands — and it was rarely just the product. It was the care. The sense that someone on the other side had thought about you, told you the truth, and stood behind what they sold. I saw how much a genuine relationship between a brand and its customers can matter, and how far that goodwill goes in making people's homes, and days, that little bit better.

I wanted to build a place where I could do exactly that: find the best, most useful things I could, put them in front of people honestly, and treat the people who buy them the way I'd want to be treated. That's Pact.

Home shopping had become exhausting. Every category — lamps, rugs, photo frames, kitchenware — had turned into a sea of near-identical products under different names. Big-name brand tax on one side, endless cheap variants on the other, and almost nothing sensible in between. Pact is the middle ground I wanted for myself.

Why “Pact”?

A pact is a quiet agreement. Ours is straightforward:

We'll only stock things we'd happily live with ourselves. We'll describe them honestly — the dimensions, the materials, the colours — so you can decide for yourself. We'll price them fairly and not pretend everything is “on sale”. And if we're ever unsure about something, we leave it off the shelf.

What we sell

Pact is a general store with a point of view. We pick well-made, useful things for everyday life — from lighting and homeware to pet supplies, kitchen kit, and the small bits that make a day easier. Honest descriptions, fair prices, no brand tax.

What we don't do

We don't run flash sales. We don't manufacture urgency. We don't list a product unless we know what it's made of and where it sits. If we're not sure about something, it doesn't go on the shelf.
