Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide, with free shipping on every order and no minimum spend.

How long does delivery take?

Every order is processed in 1–3 working days, then: UK 4–6 working days, Europe 6–10, US & Canada 8–14, and the rest of the world 10–18 working days. Customs clearance can add a little time on international orders.

How much does delivery cost?

Free on all orders, worldwide — no minimum spend.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

Orders within the UK have no extra charges. For international orders, your country may apply import duties, taxes or customs fees on delivery. These are set by your local customs authority, aren't included in our prices, and are the customer's responsibility. See our shipping policy for detail.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with tracking, so you can follow it until it arrives.

What's your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in its original, unworn condition, wherever you are. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items we cover the return postage; for change-of-mind returns you cover it (including international postage). Is payment secure?
