Billing Terms & Conditions

These billing terms apply to every order placed at pactstore.com and should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy.

Prices and currency

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — we don't add hidden fees. Delivery is free on every order.

When payment is taken

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised and we send your order confirmation email.

Accepted payment methods

We accept major debit and credit cards and other methods shown at checkout, processed securely by Shopify Payments and other approved providers over encrypted connections. We never see or store your full card details.

Authorisation

By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that there are sufficient funds to cover the order. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel or hold the order.

Pricing errors

We take care to price everything accurately. If we spot a genuine error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatch and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for timeframes and eligibility.
