Shipping Policy

At Pact we want your order to reach you smoothly, wherever you are. We now ship worldwide, with free shipping on every order — no minimum spend, whatever the destination.

Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • United Kingdom: 4–6 business days (5–9 business days in total).
  • Europe: 6–10 business days (7–13 in total).
  • United States & Canada: 8–14 business days (9–17 in total).
  • Rest of world: 10–18 business days (11–21 in total).

Order cutoff: 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this are processed the next business day. Delivery estimates are guidance, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs clearance and carrier delays during busy periods.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and cover your order and shipping. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices, and are the responsibility of the customer. Your carrier will contact you if anything is due before delivery. If you're unsure, please check your country's import thresholds before ordering.

Carrier Services

We ship with trusted carriers depending on your location, including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and Yodel within the UK, and Royal Mail International, DHL and UPS (with local delivery partners) for international orders.

Shipping Costs

Free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum order requirement. Any import duties or taxes (see above) are separate and payable to your local authority.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel using the Track Your Order link, or directly with the carrier.

Missing, Delayed or Damaged Items

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pactstore.com with your order number and we'll put it right.
