Shipping Policy

At Pact we want your order to reach you smoothly, with clear and straightforward shipping. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. At this time we only ship within the United Kingdom and do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for all orders:

• Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day, which may add a day to the estimate.
• Order handling time: 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order is processed it is shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
• Transit time: 6–12 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Estimated total delivery time: 7–16 business days.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping: all orders qualify for free shipping, with no minimum order requirement.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel using the Track Your Order link, or directly with the carrier.

Missing, Delayed or Damaged Items

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pactstore.com with your order number and we will put it right.
