Pact is a trading name of Zini Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14292156). We operate from the United Kingdom. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Contact: support@pactstore.com.

Placing an order

When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you the order confirmation email. If something is out of stock or has been incorrectly priced, we may decline the order; if you've already paid, we refund in full.

Pricing

Prices and product details can change. We do our best to keep everything accurate. If we spot an error after you've ordered, we'll let you know before dispatching and give you the option to cancel.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Using our content

Photography, copy and design on pactstore.com belong to Pact or our partners. Please don't copy or redistribute them without permission.

Your conduct

Please don't misuse the site — for example, attempting to disrupt service, attempting to access other accounts, or using the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect misuse.

Liability

We don't exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that can't be limited under English law.

Subject to that, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law
